[Syr'Chasym]

My humble greetings to the council. My name is Syr'Chasym and I am applying for a job in Obsidian Stone Tavern. I might take occasional leave, but I am very honest. I believe I might be a good prep cook as I enjoy cooking (and eating), door-maddox (I am opposed to the term doorman only in this instance, for I certainly couldn't call myself a relative to humans), or a waitress. I'm very fast and could get people served in a jiffy. Besides, I'm also very friendly, and lively, and talkative. I think I'd be perfect for the job! Any of the jobs, even!

The council sat together and talked over the position and all agreed to hire the maddox. They sent a scroll back and pinned it on the message board reading.

The Town Council has agreed to hire you for the sum of seven thousand in gold per month. You may have a room of your own, food, and drink. Welcome to the Obsidian Stone Tavern's staff. Theresa is the head waitress and Gorthax is the cook. He is a bit possessed with his cleaver at times but a fine cook.
